Borrowing instruments
Our gear is donated, so we look after it. To borrow, you'll confirm your email, show a photo ID at the front desk, and sign a short loan agreement. A manager approves each new borrower. Loans are 7 days, up to 2 items at a time, and we keep a card on file in case something doesn't come back.
Questions
Do I need to be a member to play instruments at Rockafairy?
No. On-site use is free for everyone, always.
How do I earn points?
Check in at the front desk during the day, come to shows, volunteer, or bring a friend who becomes a member. Members earn double.
Is my membership a donation?
Rockafairy is a 501(c)(3), but because membership includes benefits, it may not be fully tax-deductible. If you'd like to give more, donations are separate and receipted.
How do I cancel?
Sign in at your member page and choose Manage or cancel. You keep your benefits until the month you paid for ends.
